Microsoft's Internet Explorer, the web browser that dominated the world before, now comes to an end today after years of service since its launch in 1995. Outgoing Department of National Defense (DND) secretary Delfin Lorenzana made headlines on June 12 morning during the Independence Day rites at the Rizal Park.
