Local governments in National Capital Region (NCR) agreed to prohibit unvaccinated individuals to go in malls, public transports and other gatherings. The whole region is under Alert Level 3 starting from January 3, 2022 until January 15, 2022 according to Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
