Yes, ‘tis the season again to make our homes colorful and brighter!

The season of Christmas has already begun in the Philippines as we officially enter the BER months. Many are starting to prepare their Christmas trees and decorations to pull off another year of celebration.

Part of this annual tradition is to let our homes imbibe the holiday spirit—we display all our festive decors and make appealing sights to embrace happiness and satisfaction. But, this year could be a different one due to the pandemic.

We may not be able to go out for shopping to fulfill our dream Christmas theme and design this year, so why not resort to a more feasible and exciting way to still achieve it-- you can create your very own stylish and seasonal Christmas decorations yourself!

Here are some simple steps to make your DIY Christmas decors for your plans this year:

Giant Christmas ball

  • On the video, you will learn how to make a giant Christmas ball out of an exercise ball (painted with acrylic paint) and plastic flower pot (sprayed with golden metallic spray) glued together.

Giant Christmas Candy

  • It was made using a pool noodle folded and stuck together with double-sided tape, wrapped in plastic wrap, and put on a wooden stick and red ribbon as a final touch.

  • It was made from painted popsicle sticks glued together.
