A Filipino lawyer, identified as John Albert Laylo who was visiting the United States for vacation, was shot in the head  by an unidentified suspect.    According to a local source, Laylo who is 35, together with his mother are on an Uber ride  to Philadelphia International Airport  heading to Chicago to visit some family relatives.
