The Truth: Alice Dixson finally concludes the story of “Taong Ahas” in her latest Vlog!
Finally, after 30 years of rumors, Veteran actress Alice Dixson has finally concluded the story of “Taong Ahas” inside a fitting room in Robinsons Galleria.
In her latest vlog uploaded on her Youtube channel, Alice Dixson said that the urban legend was not true at all.
She went to the same area where the gossip started while narrating the whole story.
Dixson started off her version of the story by sharing a memory of her filming a movie in the mall during the 80s.
"They (production) directed me to the bathroom sa labas ng department store on the fourth floor para magpalit ng damit," she recalled.
"Natatandaan ko nga may nag-uusyoso sa labas, and for some reason while I was inside the bathroom, I said, 'tuklaw, tuklaw'.
The actress didn’t even remember why she uttered those words out of nowhere.
"Now, I don't really know kung bakit ko iyon ginawa. Siguro kasi, I was just being funny? I was trying to get a laugh sa mga kasamahan ko? I was being young and silly."
The news started to round up and headline some tabloids in the country.
A popular story says that the snake man hiding under the mall is the twin brother of Robina Gokongwei, daughter of mall owner John Gokongwei. The allleged creature was also said to be responsible for the family’s wealth.
THE TRUTH
"Nothing really happened. Nothing really happened in the way the urban legend or the myth dictates," Dixson said in a vlog entry uploaded on Saturday.
"Kunwari, hindi naman ako nahulog sa trap door. Hindi naman ako tumakbo sa corridor palabas papunta sa hotel.
She firmly said that she didn’t receive 50 million pesos from the Gokongweis and halted the accusation of her about an interview in television where she was allegedly cut while explaining herself.
"Those things are all not true," she said.
The ever beautiful television personality has kept quiet all these years because she believed that there was really nothing to talk about.
"In my defense, even before kahit ngayon 'pag mayroon hindi totoong rumor, naniniwala akong hindi ko kailangang patulan. That's one of my reasons why hindi ako nagkomento roon . . . In fact nakalimutan ko all about it until recently," she said.
Dixson told in a teaser video uploaded last week that she will finally talk about it for a promise she made to a friend.
"One of my close family friends, mayroon kaming usapan that after a certain point that I will reveal my story. So this is the time I want to set things straight."
That’s it, Alice Dixson has spoken! No snake man or any creature hiding in Robinsons Galleria at all!
