Yes, you read it right, aside from its official online stores at Shopee and Lazada, the biggest shopping mall chain in the country, SM Supermalls, has introduced its first-ever online shopping platform—SM Malls Online.

SM Malls Online is the newest online shopping platform of SM Supermalls, where customers can now visit their favorite malls virtually and enjoy shopping for their favorite SM Malls brands ranging from food & beverage to general merchandise.

With SM’s mission in promoting a hassle-free shopping experience, this all in one application features a 24/7 browsing experience from your local and international shops ranging from food, tech, and gadgets, home essentials to fashion—bringing SM at your fingertips.

Though the online app is still in the trial stage right now for SM Megamall this October to hear and know customers’ ideas and feedback to make the online malling experience even more special, customers can now utilize and download the app in Google Play and Apple stores.

To register an account and to order a product, here are the steps you need to follow:

HOW TO CREATE AN SM MALLS ONLINE APP ACCOUNT?

1. Download the SM Malls Online app

2. Open the SM Malls Online application. You will be asked to create an account.

5. Fill out all the fields (First Name, Last Name, Birthday, Email Address, Mobile Number, Password, Repeat Password).
6. Once read the Agreements and Guidelines, tick the box.
7. Tap the “CREATE ACCOUNT” button
8. You will be asked to verify your email address using a 6-digit code that is sent to your nominated email address. Enter the code and tap “VERIFY EMAIL”
9. Once verified, you may now log in to your SM Malls Online account.

Please take note that the app’s registration forms are sensitive; double-check your responses if there are any unnecessary spaces to successfully register your account.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Open your SM Malls Online app and select your nearest SM Mall (more branches coming soon).
2. Browse and shop from available stores from your preferred SM Mall.

     3. Checkout by selecting express delivery (coming soon) or in-store pickup.

     4. Receive your order via “next-day express delivery” or visit the seller to pick-up at your convenience.

As per the website’s FAQs, for shipping, pick-up, and delivery, SM Malls online have multiple delivery methods (excludes digital vouchers) with the following approximate standard delivery times depending on a customer's location:

• Express Delivery (coming soon): 1 - 2 Hours Delivery Time with an order cut-off time by 8 PM Daily.

• Next Day Delivery: 24 Hours Delivery Time with an order cut-off time by 8 PM Daily.

• Standard Delivery: 5 - 7 Working Days

As of writing, the company announced that the testing will be also up at SM North Edsa and SM Mall of Asia this November, and at SM Aura in December.
