Admit it, every opening of the school year, there’s a huge excitement you can’t contain in embarking on a new journey--from lining up at school entrance for bag inspection with guards who don’t religiously check it and just make ‘tusok-tusok’ instead, to your ‘running-late’ moments you wish to get still on time, and your daily catwalk in hallways to show-off your well-ironed uniforms and new shoes. Well, we are all missing these good times, aren’t we?

Now, many of us are on still in the process of embracing this new set-up and can’t clearly think of what to wear to your online classes, here are some outfit ideas and tips:
COLLARED SHIRTS AND COMFY PANTS
In a vlog posted by Sir Sicat, a Senior High School teacher at the University of Santo Tomas, on YouTube, he suggested students to follow a ‘capsule wardrobe’ system wherein you’ll be going to sort out your set of clothes you totally love to wear as if you’re making a mini wardrobe of your own.
In this set-up, you’ll be able to practice minimalism and get away from the thinking of clothes shortage even if you have plenty of it.
Sir Sicat on his video suggested everyone to wear a collared shirt and comfy pants to simply present yourself well even if you're just in front of the camera.
PLAIN AND CLASSIC TOPS WITH MUTED COLORS
On Sir Sicat’s vlog about outfit ideas on what to wear to an online class, he didn’t advise everyone to wear just some ordinary t-shirt and boxer shorts ‘cause it may look informal and may cause troubles even if it’s a virtual class.
He added that plain and classic shirts with muted colors are also good to wear in online classes. However, he reiterated that we should always put in mind that our clothes must be based on the type or theme of occasion to get the energy and the vibe.
BUTTON-DOWN SHIRTS AND PAJAMA BOTTOMS OR PAMBAHAY SHORTS
As expected Pinoy humor is taking online classes at it again—some schools require to wear formal attire during live video classes but students give a twist to it, they wear button-down shirts paired with pajama bottoms or pambahay shorts as what they call a new normal ‘semi-formal wear’.
