After losing in his presidential bid in the May 2022 election, outgoing Manila Mayor Isko Moreno takes on a new role as a grandfather. According to showbiz columnist Cristy Fermin, the 20 year old son of the Mayor, Joaquin has now a 2-month old baby.  In February during the campaign period, Joaquin was involved on several blind items but their camp did not confirm nor denied the speculations as they were waiting for the 'right timing.' 

“Lolo na po si Mayor Isko Moreno. Dahil po sa lumabas na kuwento nu'ng kasagsagan ng kampanya hanggang eleksyon na hindi po nila kinontra at hindi rin po sinang-ayunan,” Fermin said on her radio show. 

Fermin also revealed that the name of Mayor Isko's first grandchild is Scott.

"Heto po, ipinanganak na po ang baby ni Joaquin Domagoso na kamukhang-kamukha daw ni Mayor. Batang lalaki na pinangalanan nilang Scott," she said. 

Raffa Castro who is the younger sister of new Kapuso actress Claire Castro and daughter of actor-turned-broadcaster Diego Castro is the mother of Joaquin’s 2-month old son.

Joaquin is an up and coming young actor from the GMA Network. He is part of several Kapuso dramas including First Yaya and First Lady. Joaquin also made headlines during the campaign period in May when he  posted a controversial message to VP Leni Robredo saying, "Leni, withdraw."
