Too many people, garbage, the worst traffic you can imagine; those are just the few things youll imagine when you think about the City of Manila.
But recently, under the new administration of now Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, there have been some notable changes in the city for the better. One of them is you can see the brightest at night.
Here are the photos around Manila at night!
- Roxas Boulevard

The busy street of Roxas Boulevard was beautified with capiz lights hanging from the trees along the street. It also now has the newly installed “MANILA” signage that you can take a photo of (just be wary of the rushing cars!)

2. Plaza Rajah Suylayman

A once forgotten park, now people can hang-out at Plaza Rajah Sulayman with friends and family at the background of the colorful fountain in the middle.

3. Luneta Park

The historical Luneta Park recently added its Christmas Tree that you can visit and take a photo with!

4. Kartilya ng Katipunan

With the biggest change of all since the new administration, this park near Manila City Hall is now a place where people can chill! The trees are also surrounded by the bright capiz lights and it now also has a giant Christmas Tree for the season. This is where you can also find the famous “MNLKonek” that provides free wifi.

5. Manila Post Office

The Manila Post Office is considered one of the historical buildings in Manila but was neglected for many years. This year, we see a brighter and fresher Manila Post Office Building.

6. Jones Bridge

The renovation of the Jones Bridge became viral with a lot of positive feedback coming from the netizens. It was also the venue of a couple’s pren-up photoshoot! The bridge was officially inaugurated on November 24, 2019.
