IKEA Philippines finally launches on Wednesday, July 7, “IKEA Family,” a club that will “reach, inspire, and support members in creating their dream home.”

IKEA Family Members – who can sign up for free – get access to benefits, rewards, experiences, and surprises from the home furnishing giant.

Aside from these perks, members will receive special discount and rewards such as:

1. Free lifetime membership

2. Point rewards that can be used as discount

3. Special IKEA Family price on featured products

4. Discounted Family meals

5. Invites to IKEA Family exclusive events

IKEA, during a media event, said it aims to register over 100,000 members in the first 24 hours of IKEA Family's launch.

However, the IKEA Philippines website crashed earlier as people sign up for the loyalty club. The furniture shop said to refresh the website every minute to proceed with the registration.

Signing up for IKEA Family is free online. Log on to family.IKEA.com.ph via mobile devices or computers to register for free. IKEA Philippines requires members to be at least 21 years old and with a valid Philippine mobile phone number to register.

IKEA, a Swedish brand, is known for its affordable and well-designed home furnishings. It’s set to open in the Philippines by the 4th quarter of 2021 – via an online e-commerce platform and a physical store at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City after.
