After the successful collaboration with the Hollywood star Selena Gomez with the song ‘Ice Cream’, which now has more than 291 million views on Youtube, and more than 96 million streams on Spotify, BLACKPINK officially announced their new single with Cardi B.

On Tuesday, September 29, BLACKPINK dropped the official tracklist for their first full-length album, ‘The Album’ on their Facebook page, confirming the rumor about their collaboration with the US hiphop rapper Cardi B, who recently released a comeback with the rap song WAP, featuring Megan Thee Stallion, which became a massive hit as it reached number 1 on Billboard Hot 100, making Cardi B’s fourth single to make it to the top chart.

The American rapper also showed her support for their new collaboration as she tweeted ‘And the song is amazing’, and ‘Bardipink in your area,’ a few hours after BLACKPINK released the full tracklist.

Meanwhile, Cardi B fans ‘Bardigangs’ and BLINKS showed their excitement for the new project, as ‘Bardipink in your area’ trended on Twitter worldwide:

Jisoo, Lisa, Jennie and Rosé’s new Blackpink album will be released on October 2, 2020, as confirmed by YG Entertainment a few weeks ago. BLACKPINK already released their first two singles ‘How You Like That’, and ‘Ice Cream’ featuring Selena Gomez, from the new EP, and their third single, 'Lovesick Girls' will also drop on 2 October. While the 5 never-before-heard tracks are entitled ‘Pretty Savage’, ‘Bet You Wanna’ feat. Cardi B, ‘Crazy Over You’, ‘Love To Hate Me’, and ‘You Never Know’.

BLACKPINK already have released two EPs from their very first full-length album, and the BLINKs are excited as The Album has already surpassed over 800,000 physical copy sales in pre-orders.
