The sudden blow of trend was originally inspired by one of the Philippines' best comedians Gil Morales, better known as Ate Gay.
Little do some people know, Ate Gay has been spreading good vibes for years now in making people laugh due to his acting skits and witty mash-ups which he also shares on his social media accounts.
One of the recent mash-up videos he shared was a combination of the song Oblah Di Oblah Da and Umagang kay Ganda’s theme song ‘Basta’t Tayo’y Magkasama’.
