Two and a half years since Anne Curtis’ leave from TV show It’s Showtime for her maternity leave six months into pregnancy. The media network took to social media to tease viewers about her comeback to television.

Anne gave birth to baby girl, Dahlia, in March of 2020. She and husband Erwan Heusaff have been in Australia since then. Anne had originally planned to continue her TV and film career when her daughter turned 1 years old, but the COVID19 pandemic happened and they had to change plans.

According to the short teaser video posted on ABS CBN’s network: “ANNE-tagal na natin siyang namiss, kaya andito na siya. Abang-ANNE”

Despite her long break from TV, Anne always reassured fans that she’ll be back on It’s Showtime when the timing is right, and it seems now is the right time!

Just last month, Anne also announced her upcoming comeback concert LUV ANNE to take place on June 11, 2022 at 8pm. The show will be directed by Paolo Valenciano with creative direction by Georcelle Dapat-Sy. The said concert was meant to be streamed online, but the LUV ANNE concert will now cater to an in-person venue in Resorts World Manila.

Anne wrote on Instagram: “I really took my time to think long and hard about it and I’ve decided to go all out and celebrate to the fullest by finally seeing everyone in person!”

She continued: “I miss the energy, the noise, the screams, of course SINGING and just seeing everyone smile. I’m so excited (and nervous) but let’s go and have a night of fun!!!”
