Finally after almost 3 decades, Alice Dixson, a veteran actress, is ready to open up her story about the alleged Robinsons snake or popularly known as “taong ahas”.
On July 21, the actress posted a teaser video of herself revisiting the mall where it all started on Instagram.
“Mahal kong kababayans...hindi ko gustong buhayin ang chismis; that is the farthest from my intention,” she wrote.
The actress said that she made a promise to a friend to reveal the story about the famous urban legend.
“I made promise to a dear friend - I said I would tell my side of the story this year at dahil 30 year anniversary na this month, it is NOW time,” she added.
The actress invites her fans to watch her upcoming vlog for the detailed story of what really happened on that day.
According to rumors, there are two versions of the story about the snake that instilled amongst us since then.
The first version we all know about the “taong ahas” was when Dixson was trying on clothes in a fitting room the floor suddenly opened up and led her straight to the jaws of the snake man.
While in another version, the said “taong ahas” is believed to be a twin brother of Robina Gokongwei, a daughter of the mall owner and tycoon John Gokongwei, which is also said to be the one responsible for the family’s vast amount of wealth.
In 2018, the story of an alleged serpentine creature has resurfaced after Dixson was featured in a video ad for the said mall.
