Youtube royalties, Cong TV and Viy Cortez are now engaged after seven years of relationship during the celebration of Cong’s 31st birthday and the Christening of their 4-month-old son, Kidlat  last October 28. 

In the proposal video entitled 'VIYDAY', Cong finally asked the sweetest question Viy has been asking for the past years.

"Tinatanong mo ako nung nakaraan kung anong regalo 'yung gusto ko sa'yo, sabi ko wala," Cong said.

"Pero sa totoo lang ito 'yung nasa isip ko matagal na panahon na. Naghahanap lang ako ng tiyempo, iniisip ko kung paano. Ito 'yung pinakamagandang regalong ibibigay mo sa akin ngayong birthday ko," he continued. 

Then finally asked the question that made everyone shocked and delighted at the same time, 'Will you Marry Me?', that Viy replied with a 'Yes'. 

In a short clip in the video, Cong also revealed he asked Viy's parents permission and blessing first before proposing. 

The proposal video trended online right after it was published on Thursday, November 3 with 3.4 million views and on the top trending list as of writing.

In the latter part of the video, Cong penned a  message for his future wife. 

“Solid kasi naging sandalan kita sa mga pinakamahirap na parte ng buhay ko at salamat sa Diyos na ikaw ang kasama ko ngayon sa mga pinakamasasarap na parte. Swerte ko kasi sa 'yo ko kailangan tanungin ‘yung, ‘Will you marry me?"

On her official Facebook page, Viy posted a photo of her with her future husband showing the engagement ring. 

"Yes love!🤍 Una palang alam ko na ikaw ang magiging asawa ko🤍," Viy captioned.

The post garnered  million reactions from their fans.

"Salamat sa matiyaga mong paghihintay. Hindi ka na magtatanong sakin muli. 😂I love you @viycortez ❤️❤️!! 10/28/22," Cong said in an Instagram post.
