After grappling with Super Typhoon Karding last Sunday, September 25, the Philippines faces the dreadful aftermath. Karding (Noru) is the 11th tropical cyclone to hit the country this year. Its strong winds and torrential rain massively hit central Luzon and surrounding areas.
