After the success of cult hit “Barbarian,” writer-director Zach Cregger set out to do something even more frightening. “I wanted to make something that felt a lot more ambitious,” says Cregger in a new featurette about his latest horror/thriller, “Weapons.”
So Cregger set out to “write something that was just going to be an escalation from everything I did in ‘Barbarian,” he continues. “‘Weapons’ is scarier than ‘Barbarian,’ but it’s also a much more fascinating story.” Aside from writing the story, Cregger also directed, produced and co-composed music for the film.

The United Kingdom has successfully tested what’s believed to be the world's first paramedic jet suit in collaboration with Gravity Industries over the mountainous terrain of the Lake District.
