Been craving for an ube-flavored doughnut? The long wait is over. Dunkin’ Donuts finally introduces their ube-flavored munchkins! But, is it worth a try?

Dunkin’ Donuts named their newly flavored munchkin “Purple Yam.”

Dunkin’ Donuts is a very popular “pasalubong ng bayan” in the Philippines most especially with their choco butternut flavored doughnut.

And after we tried their purple yam, all that we can say is “Nah.”

Even though we all loved ube flavor, it just did not work to be a munchkin’s flavor. Albeit it is appetizing, but after eating the same flavor for the second time, you will cease eating for the third. No shade, but it’s not as toothsome as choco butternut.

Overall, we give it a score of 5/10.
