On November 6, 2021, Dr. Leo De Castro —a Philosophy professor at the University of the Philippines—received four birthday cakes from an old grade school friend. They both studied at Nellie E. In which this thought boils down to a virtue “How can you give something that you don’t have?” Let’s answer that by taking care of your mental health through making yourself a priority in 2022.
